Your course comes in two parts. You learn the theory online first, then spend your practical day doing the real thing. No medical knowledge needed: we teach you from the ground up.

2Day 1 · Online, at your own pace

Online Theory Day

Opens the moment you book. Created by our training team, it covers how the ear works, assessing the ear, safe treatment, and patients and aftercare.

✓Short videos, written lessons and a multiple-choice quiz in every module
✓About 7 hours in total, at your own pace. We suggest about an hour a day over a week
✓17 modules in 4 parts, then a final theory assessment
✓Compulsory: you must pass, and our clinical team reviews and signs off your results before your practical day

3Day 2 · 9:30am to 6pm

Practical training day

One focused day at a premium hotel venue. Your theory is done and signed off before you arrive, so the day is spent hands-on with real equipment and expert trainers.

✓Hands-on microsuction, irrigation and manual removal
✓Small group, a maximum of 6 people, so there is plenty of time with your trainer
✓All training equipment provided on the day
✓Booked Training + kit? You collect your starter kit on the day
✓Free tea, coffee and water, and free on-site parking

Certificate and support

Your certificate is issued on the day, as soon as your trainer confirms you have passed. After that, our team is on hand by email and phone as you start practising.
