Wax Digital Reporting

Wax Digital Reporting allows users of Wax Digital Source-to-Pay solutions tiered access to a series of standard report types designed to give all stakeholders, from basic users to senior management, controlled access to key business, spend and user behaviour information.

Reporting information is delivered via three main channels:

• A series of standard ‘canned’ reports allows all users, according to their access rights, to quickly and easily produce excel reports on key system and user data. Reports are parameter-driven and generated in the background for auto-email to the user without interrupting or affecting system use.
• An ad-hoc report writing tool, utilising Microsoft Reporting Services, gives expert system users the facility to delve into system data at a granular level and create bespoke one-off reports.
• Key Performance Indicators embedded in the dashboard of all users, with content defined by their roles, give a real-time picture of selected reporting metrics.
