Wax Digital implements Data Capture solution for Xerox Finance Ltd
Wax Digital Ltd, one of Europe's leading providers of e-business and
integration software, today announced that Xerox Finance has selected
Wax Digital Data Capture to provide an electronic document management
solution.
Xerox Finance Ltd is the provider of finance for Xerox UK solutions and, with over twenty years of industry experience, is one of the UK's leading sales aid finance houses.
Many Xerox UK sales are channelled through concessionaires and other re-sellers, who are frequently required to calculate and offer a number of different leasing or finance options and then complete the appropriate forms for submission to Xerox Finance on behalf of the customer.

The Wax Digital Data Capture solution greatly reduces the
administrative burden on our concessionaires and re-sellers, helping them
deliver the best possible service to our end user customers. Furthermore,
the ability to apply detailed validation at the point of entry greatly
improves the quality of the information we receive, resulting in significant
labour and cost savings for Xerox Finance.

Following the implementation of the Data Capture solution concessionaires are able to manage this task electronically, populating the forms via a secure web interface and as a consequence significantly reducing error, omission and effort.
Data Capture enables a range of standard data validation procedures to be applied to data at the point of entry, as well as more complex validation on postcode and direct debit values, before forms are submitted.
Concessionaires can also use the online environment to complete multiple forms for individual customers, making use of the in-built calculation facilities to greatly simplify the process of offering a number of different leasing options to customers.
Data Capture has been configured to offer a general form management framework, ensuring the scalability for other forms to be added as and when required, and portability for use within other Xerox group companies.
